Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Personalized or custom-made products
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We do not offer exchanges for sizing, color preferences, or buyer's remorse.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to:
Deny refunds that do not meet our return requirements.
Deduct shipping costs from any approved refund.
Refuse returns received outside the stated return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and collection efforts where permitted by law.
